Our client is an established Tier 2 Civil Contractor with an enviable track record in completing a range of projects in Perth and across WA as a whole, due to continued project wins they are now seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor & Project Manager to join their team, ideally the candidate will have experience working on MRWA projects.

What are you going to do 

  • Site supervision of a range of civil projects
  • Providing assistance to sub-contractors in interpreting plans, standards and regulations and ensuring that all work complies with relevant standards
  • Monitoring progress of work and ensuring path milestones are met
  • Regular liaison with the senior management team and subcontractors
  • Organizing required materials

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
  • Experience working on Roads and MRWA Projects
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Exceptional leadership qualities
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to foster strong business relationships
  • Proficient knowledge of working with budgets and driving program
  • A proven track record in bulk earthworks, roads, underground services including water, sub division and or demolition works
