Introduction

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to program. You'll coordinate crews, plant and subcontractors while maintaining quality standards and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What are you going to do 

  • Supervise site operations across civil projects.
  • Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and plant resources.
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct pre starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and suppliers.
  • Maintain site documentation and daily reports.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor delivering subdivision or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Background in bulk earthworks and excavation
  • Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and site crews.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality outcomes.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • White Card.
  • Australian working rights.
