What are you going to do 

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your client portfolio.

You'll become the trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand our partnerships.

Working closely with your dedicated Account Coordinator, you'll ensure contractors receive an outstanding experience while maintaining strong communication with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
  • Understand clients' workforce requirements and provide strategic workforce solutions.
  • Lead regular client meetings and performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand services.
  • Ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Partner with recruitment and operations teams to ensure workforce requirements are delivered successfully.
  • Support mobilisation planning for new projects and workforce expansions.
  • Resolve complex client or contractor issues professionally and proactively.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support your Account Coordinator to ensure exceptional contractor care and operational delivery.

Essential skills and knowledge

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership, and understands that exceptional service is what creates long-term partnerships.

You'll ideally have experience in:

  • Account Management
  • Recruitment or Workforce Solutions
  • Mining, Resources or Industrial Staffing
  • Labour Hire or Workforce Management
  • Client Relationship Management

Most importantly, you'll demonstrate:

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
