O této pozici

  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the entire lease lifecycle (8-12 years).
  • Conduct regular visits to depots to inspect trains and maintenance processes.
  • Monitor fleet performance and ensure technical compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to customers on technical matters.
  • Travel monthly to Cologne for internal coordination and reporting.

Požadavky

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical or operational role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and systems.
  • Fluent in Czech and English; German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Czech Republic and occasionally to Germany.
