O této pozici

  • Implementation of new and continuous improvement of serial projects (setting parameters on IHM, creation and optimization of injection programs/parameters, defining manufacturability for new projects from the perspective of machines and tools)
  • Support of the maintenance department (creation of manuals, training for preventive maintenance, assistance in solving more complex technical problems on delivered equipment/tools)
  • Management of quality methodology in the production of molded parts (coordination of sampling, setting of measurement procedures, communication with quality staff of final assembly regarding molding quality results, regular reports for management, co-coordination with quality staff for part release)
  • Creation of technological documentation and related documents
  • Education in the field of plastic injection and mold design - maintaining and expanding professional knowledge
  • Streamlining and improving the work of the IE IHM/IHP/PA department

Požadavky

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastics processing, in a position of at least a machine setter, and ideally at least 3 years as an injection molding technologist.
  • Participation in more than 5 production ramp-ups of molded parts. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
