  • Shape and execute the KM strategy: Design and roll out a cohesive Knowledge Management roadmap for the P&O function, aligned with enterprise objectives, including clear milestones, resources, and success measures.
  • Set up effective governance: Implement standards and governance structures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and security in all knowledge-sharing practices.
  • Enhance systems and tools: Lead the evolution and optimization of KM systems in partnership with P&O Digital and Tech teams to ensure intuitive, seamless, and high-impact usage across global teams.
  • Foster knowledge sharing culture: Identify key knowledge areas, remove barriers to sharing, and inspire collaboration through both formal systems and informal communities of practice.
  • Measure, learn, and improve: Monitor KM effectiveness through defined KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement continuous enhancements to increase engagement and business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with P&O Digital and Tech stakeholders to ensure KM tools and practices are aligned with technology solutions and functional needs.
  • Lead change and adoption: Drive change management activities related to KM initiatives, ensuring communication, training, and stakeholder alignment throughout implementation.
  • Support global strategy: Contribute to additional strategic or transformation initiatives as directed by the Global Head of P&O Strategy & Portfolio.

Požadavky

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's or MBA in a business discipline is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Program, Knowledge, or Change Management, ideally within global or matrixed organizations.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing Knowledge Management strategies, with strong understanding of KM systems, taxonomies, and AI-based discovery tools.
  • Experience in People & Organization (P&O) or HR transformation is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across all levels.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential; other languages are an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating business objectives into scalable KM solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence effectively in complex, international environments.
  • Hands-on experience with digital collaboration tools, content lifecycle management, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Proven record of driving adoption and cultural change through clear communication, engagement, and enablement.
