Functieomschrijving

  • Provide administrative support across all areas of P&O Services (e.g. processes, services, continuous improvement) and handle employee inquiries or requests.

  • Respond to standard service requests, answer questions, resolve simple issues independently, or work closely with higher-level support/experts to solve more complex problems.

  • Carry out administrative tasks to prepare and deliver key data to supervisors.

  • Create reports evaluating the effectiveness of services and processes.

  • Contribute to P&O Services projects at the country or business unit level.

  • Previous exposure to industry or business environments (HR, shared services, administration, or customer service is an advantage).
  • Operational Excellence: Strong service orientation and supportive attitude, ability to work effectively in a team, proactive communication, and capability to manage different stakeholder groups.
