Do you want to build AI solutions that directly improve automated warehouse operations worldwide? As a Data Scientist / AI Engineer, you will develop and deploy innovative AI applications using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics. You will work on real-life operational challenges, transforming data into intelligent solutions that drive efficiency, reliability, and business value.

  • Develop and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions for operational and maintenance processes.
  • Build Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, and operational data.
  • Design predictive models and decision-support tools that improve operational performance.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI assistants.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Deploy and maintain production-ready AI solutions using Azure, Databricks, MLOps, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Translate complex analytical outcomes into actionable business recommendations.

Vereisten

You are an innovative and hands-on AI professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data and technology. You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic mindset and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with Python, PySpark, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with Azure, Databricks, and MLOps.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG solutions.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar technologies.
  • Experience with API development, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience with Predictive Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, knowledge graphs, or time-series data.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Azure AI Services, or industrial environments.
