Join our team as a Well Test Supervisor and take the lead in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality well testing and flowback operations. This senior FIFO role offers the opportunity to guide a skilled team, mentor new talent, and drive operational excellence from rig-up to final reporting. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, problem-solving, and field performance - we want to hear from you.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of supervisory experience in Onshore Well Testing and Frac Flowback operations
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in computer use and electronic product servicing
  • Experience with work processing and spreadsheet software
  • CV Crane licence, 4WD licence and HR driver's licence
  • Senior First Aid certificate
  • Gas Detection training certificate
  • Wellsite Permit to Work Holder or Authority training
