What are you going to do 

As a Welding Supervisor at Brunel International, you will oversee all welding activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project deadlines. You will lead a team of welders, coordinate with project managers, and maintain documentation related to welding procedures. Your expertise will help guarantee that all welding work meets industry codes and client specifications.

Essential skills and knowledge

- Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor or similar role in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors - In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
- Strong understanding of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong commitment to safety regulations and quality assurance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Relevant welding certifications and supervisory qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
