  • Prepare and distribute travel manifests, mobilisation schedules and travel instructions
  • Enter personnel information and compliance documentation into client travel systems
  • Liaise with clients, site contacts, vessel administrators and internal teams regarding mobilisation requirements
  • Support charter flight coordination where required
  • Ensure personnel receive timely and accurate mobilisation information prior to deployment

Essential skills and knowledge

You will be an organised and dependable coordinator who is comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in travel coordination, logistics or mobilisation
  • Experience booking flights, accommodation and coordinating personnel movements
  • Strong Excel capability and confidence managing spreadsheets and rosters
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative discipline
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • A professional, team-focused approach with the ability to work at pace

Candidates from travel, workforce logistics, site administration, Oil & Gas, mining or broader project environments will all be considered. Experience in mobilisation or workforce coordination will be highly regarded.
