What are you going to do 

  • Erstellung von System‑ und Anlagenbeschreibungen sowie Funktionsbeschreibungen für technische Produkte (technische Handbücher Teil 1-4)
  • Ausarbeitung von Bedienungs‑, Wartungs‑ und Instandsetzungsanleitungen auf Basis von Konstruktionsschemata, Stücklisten, Spezifikationen und Lieferantenunterlagen
  • Aufbereitung technischer Inhalte aus vorhandenen Konstruktionsdatenbanken
  • Erstellung und Pflege Interaktiver Elektronischer Technischer Dokumentation (IETD) mithilfe eines firmeneigenen Redaktionssystems
  • Abstimmung und fachliche Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktionsabteilungen sowie externen Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Struktur technischer Dokumentationen gemäß internen Vorgaben
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Versionierung technischer Handbücher über den gesamten Dokumentationslebenszyklus

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker oder Technischen Produktdesigner sowie Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker mit relevantem technischen Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation notwendig
  • Erste Erfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation erforderlich, idealerweise als technischer Redakteur und in der Marinelogistik
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung strukturierter technischer Handbücher notwendig, vorzugsweise im industriellen oder logistischen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen DV‑Systemen, insbesondere MS‑Office, SAP und Redaktionssystemen wie EPIC von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Systeme und Anlagen wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig
