What are you going to do

Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen wie Betriebsanleitungen, Montageanleitungen, Serviceunterlagen, Onlinehilfen und Schulungsdokumente
Strukturierte Aufbereitung komplexer technischer Inhalte in verständlicher und normgerechter Form
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Produktmanagement, Service und Qualitätsmanagement
Recherche technischer Sachverhalte und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
Erstellung und Pflege von Grafiken, Illustrationen, Screenshots und Tabellen zur Unterstützung der Dokumentation
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Normen, Richtlinien und Dokumentationsstandards
Pflege modularer Dokumentationssysteme und Terminologievorgaben
Unterstützung bei Übersetzungsprozessen und sprachlicher Qualitätssicherung
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Dokumentationsprozesse und Redaktionsstandards

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Technische Redaktion, Technische Kommunikation, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Redaktion, idealerweise im industriellen oder technischen Umfeld
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Redaktionssystemen, Content-Management-Systemen oder XML-basierten Dokumentationslösungen (SCHEMA ST4)
Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Richtlinien, z. B. Maschinenrichtlinie, CE-Dokumentation oder IEC/ISO-Standards, wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
