Als Technischer Projektmanager Defence (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprojekte im Verteidigungsumfeld. Dabei koordinieren Sie interdisziplinäre Teams, behalten Termine, Kosten und Qualitätsziele im Blick und sorgen für eine erfolgreiche Projektrealisierung.

What are you going to do 

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung technischer Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprojekte im Verteidigungsumfeld

  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Kosten, Ressourcen und Qualitätsanforderungen

  • Identifikation und Bewertung projektspezifischer Risiken sowie Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projektbesprechungen sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte

  • Begleitung technischer Änderungsprozesse und Sicherstellung einer transparenten Projektdokumentation

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Defence Umfeld oder in einer vergleichbar regulierten Industrie

  • Kenntnisse klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden und strukturierter Projektplanung

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project, SAP oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagementsystemen

  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Entwicklungs- oder Produktionsprozesse

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und organisatorisches Geschick

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
