What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Projekten zur Produktverbesserung sowie zur Steigerung der Produktionskapazitäten im Bereich optoelektronischer Systeme für Landfahrzeuge
  • Steuerung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams aus Bereichen wie Entwicklung, Einkauf, Qualität, Produktion, Vertrieb und Service
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern und Kooperationspartnern
  • Planung, Initiierung und Umsetzung aller erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung von Projekttermin- und Meilensteinplänen
  • Durchführung eines strukturierten Risiko- und Chancenmanagements inklusive Definition und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und normativer Anforderungen
  • Verantwortung für Projektcontrolling, Reporting sowie die integrierte Projektsteuerung
  • Unterstützung bei Angebotsprozessen und Kundenanfragen
  • Planung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der geplanten Ausbringung und Lieferfähigkeit
  • Mitarbeit im Obsoleszenzmanagement zur langfristigen Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Baugruppen und Systemen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mindestens Bachelor in einem technischen oder technisch-wirtschaftlichen Bereich (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Verteidigungsindustrie
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Reisebereitschaft
