  • Technische Verantwortung für das Feature State Management

  • Planung, Steuerung und Koordination der Feature-Entwicklung innerhalb eines komplexen Kundenprojekts

  • Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit Kunde, Systemarchitektur und Entwicklungsteams

  • Verantwortung für Projektfortschritt, Risiken und Liefertermine

  • Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Teams über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess

  • Durchführung von Status-, Review- und Eskalationsmeetings

  • Sicherstellung der technischen Konsistenz über mehrere Fahrzeugfunktionen hinweg

  • Begleitung von Integration, Absicherung und Freigabe

  • Analyse technischer Problemstellungen und Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung

  • Wake-up- und Sleep-Management

  • Betriebszustände und Zustandsübergänge

  • State Machines

  • Fehlermanagement und Recovery-Konzepte

  • Energie- und Betriebsstrategien

  • Steuergeräte- und Fahrzeugzustände

  • Interaktion mit anderen ECUs und Fahrzeugfunktionen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld als FTPO, TPL, System Engineer oder technischer Projektleiter

  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Steuergerätefunktionen

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Systems Engineering und Requirements Engineering

  • Verständnis von Software- und Systemarchitekturen

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und internationalen Projektteams

  • Kenntnisse von ASPICE, ISO 26262 und Automotive-Entwicklungsprozessen von Vorteil

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

  • Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf technische Details eigenständig zu analysieren und voranzutreiben
