What are you going to do 

  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung für das Feature State Management innerhalb eines komplexen Automotive-Projekts
  • Planung, Steuerung und Koordination der Funktionsentwicklung über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess hinweg
  • Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit Kunden, Systemarchitektur, Softwareentwicklung und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Verantwortung für Projektfortschritt, Risiken, Qualität und Termine
  • Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Teams und Koordination aller relevanten Stakeholder
  • Durchführung von Status-, Review- und Eskalationsmeetings
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Konsistenz über mehrere Fahrzeugfunktionen und Steuergeräte hinweg
  • Begleitung von Integration, Absicherung, Validierung und Freigabe der Funktionen
  • Analyse technischer Problemstellungen und Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung

Im Fokus der Position steht das State Management eines Zentralsteuergeräts. Dabei wird sichergestellt, dass das Steuergerät bzw. Fahrzeug jederzeit den korrekten Betriebszustand einnimmt und Zustandswechsel kontrolliert durchgeführt werden.

Typische Themenfelder sind:

  • Wake-up- und Sleep-Management
  • Betriebszustände und Zustandsübergänge
  • State Machines (Zustandsautomaten)
  • Fehlermanagement und Recovery-Konzepte
  • Energie- und Betriebsstrategien
  • Steuergeräte- und Fahrzeugzustände
  • Kommunikation und Synchronisation mit anderen ECUs

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld, beispielsweise als FTPO, Technical Project Lead, System Engineer oder Technischer Projektleiter (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Fahrzeugfunktionen oder Steuergeräte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Systems Engineering und Requirements Engineering
  • Gutes Verständnis von Software- und Systemarchitekturen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie internationalen Projektteams
  • Kenntnisse in ASPICE, ISO 26262 und Automotive-Entwicklungsprozessen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, technische Herausforderungen aktiv voranzutreiben und bis ins Detail nachzuverfolgen
