What are you going to do 

In Ihrer Rolle als Systemingenieur (m/w/d) entwickeln Sie leistungsfähige Systeme zur Aufklärung, Analyse und Störung gegnerischer Kommunikation auf mobilen und verlegefähigen Plattformen. Dabei übernehmen Sie unter anderem:

  • Entwicklung zukunfts‑ und wettbewerbsfähiger COMINT‑Systeme zur elektronischen Aufklärung und Gegenmaßnahme
  • Konzeption, Planung und Realisierung von Systemen zur Erfassung, Analyse, Auswertung, Störung und Täuschung von Kommunikationssignalen (z. B. Sprache, Daten)
  • Analyse technischer Kundenanforderungen sowie modellbasierte Erstellung von Systemarchitekturen (MBSE)
  • Definition von Schnittstellen zu anderen (Sub‑)Systemen und Plattformen
  • Erstellung von Systemspezifikationen und Designbeschreibungen sowie Ableitung von Hard‑ und Softwareanforderungen
  • Auslegung, Simulation und Optimierung von Gesamtsystemen (Antennen, Verstärker, Empfänger, Peilsysteme)
  • Planung und Durchführung von Labor‑, Feld‑ und Abnahmetests
  • Mitarbeit an Studien zukünftiger Electronic‑Warfare‑Systeme mit Schwerpunkt Electronic Support (ES) und Electronic Attack (EA)

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder höher in Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Physik, Informatik, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Kommunikations‑ und Nachrichtentechnik für Funksysteme, idealerweise im Electronic‑Warfare‑Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Systems Engineering sowie in der Systemmodellierung (z. B. MBSE / V‑Modell)
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement über den gesamten Projektzyklus (Angebotsphase bis Abnahme)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Systemsimulation von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Gesamtverständnis sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes UX‑Verständnis und Fähigkeit, technisches Design und Nutzerperspektive zusammenzuführen
