What are you going to do 

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of HV, LV, and control systems on major data centre projects across New South Wales, this will be on a 12 month contract basis.

You will coordinate site activities, support contractors and vendors, and work closely with global project teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery within critical project timelines. This role requires a strong leader who can manage complex installations, drive safety and quality standards, and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

  • Lead all on-site installation activities for electrical infrastructure
  • Coordinate with General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and vendors

  • Ensure site readiness, logistics, safety, and compliance requirements are met

  • Manage site teams, inspections, quality control, and commissioning support

  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and delivery tracking

  • Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimise project disruption

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Proven Site Management experience on large electrical, infrastructure, or data centre projects

  • Strong HV/LV knowledge with a safety-first leadership style

  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent organisational skills

  • Electrical Trade or Engineering background highly regarded
