What are you going to do

The Site Engineer will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, the successful candidate will assist in planning, coordination, and on-site execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and programming
Prepare and review RFIs, variations, and project documentation
Monitor quality assurance and ensure compliance with specifications
Conduct site inspections and manage daily site activities
Track project progress and contribute to cost control
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and suppliers

Essential skills and knowledge

Experience in civil construction (subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects preferred)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
