What are you going to do 

  • Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Reparatur und Service an Standard- und Sondergetrieben sowie Kupplungen im In- und Ausland
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Serviceeinsätzen beim Kunden vor Ort und in der Servicewerkstatt
  • Inspektionen, Zustandsanalysen und technische Untersuchungen an Eigen- und Fremdprodukten
  • Fehlerdiagnose und Beseitigung technischer Störungen an Maschinen, Anlagen und Antriebssystemen
  • Erstellung von Zustandsaufnahmen und technischen Dokumentationen in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
  • Koordination und Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und Baustellenrichtlinien
  • Messungen zur Zustandsbeurteilung von Getrieben und technischen Komponenten
  • Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und technischen Abnahmen
  • Durchführung von Kranarbeiten zum Transport schwerer Bauteile
  • Erstellung von Montage-, Service- und Untersuchungsberichten
  • Kompetente Kundenbetreuung und technische Beratung vor Ort

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung in Mechanik und/oder Hydraulik
  • Kenntnisse in mechanischer Antriebstechnik (Getriebe, Kupplungen)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Denkweise, Interpretation von Schadensbildern und Fehlern
  • Selbstständiges, gewissenhaftes Arbeiten und organisatorische Fähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Rufbereitschaft und gleitender Arbeitszeit
  • Gute PC- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Kranschein von Vorteil
