What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und internationale Positionierung von Cloud-basierten Smart-Home-Produkten und digitalen Services
  • Entwicklung und Steuerung der Produktstrategie über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
  • Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale, technologischer Trends sowie Kundenanforderungen im digitalen Umfeld
  • Definition neuer Produktfeatures und digitaler Serviceangebote mit Fokus auf User Experience und Kundennutzen
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer nachhaltigen Produkt-Roadmap inklusive Priorisierung von Anforderungen
  • Übernahme der Product-Owner-Rolle in agilen Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen für Entwicklungs- und R&D-Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung, Cloud Engineering, UX/UI, IT und Marketing
  • Begleitung von MVPs, Releases und Produkteinführungen
  • Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Nutzungsdaten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung bestehender Lösungen
  • Bewertung neuer Technologien, Plattformen und Partnerlösungen im Bereich Cloud, IoT und Smart Home

Essential skills and knowledge

  • bgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationstechnologie, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Digital Business oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Product Management, Digital Product Management oder als Product Owner
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Produkten, Softwarelösungen oder Cloud Services
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Smart Home-, IoT-, SaaS- oder Connected-Device-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und globalen Organisationsstrukturen
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-Technologien, Softwarearchitekturen und IoT-Plattformen
  • Verständnis für digitale Customer Journeys sowie UX-orientierte Produktentwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban oder Lean
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Produkt- und Backlog-Management-Tools
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Marktanforderungen in technische Produktanforderungen zu übersetzen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
  • Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
