What are you going to do 

  • Moderation und Durchführung aller relevanten Scrum-Events, einschließlich Daily, Sprint Planning, Review und Retrospektive
  • Unterstützung und Coaching des Entwicklungsteams bei der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Scrum-Prinzipien
  • Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Entwicklungsprozesses
  • Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung innerhalb des Teams
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams sowie mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Entwicklungsteam und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Transparente Darstellung von Fortschritten sowie Nutzung geeigneter Metriken zur Verbesserung der Teamperformance

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Rolle als Scrum Master in Softwareentwicklungs- oder IT-Projekten erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Frameworks sind ein Must-Have, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban
  • Erfahrung in der Moderation von Scrum-Events, Workshops und teamübergreifenden Abstimmungen notwendig
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence sowie agilen Kennzahlen wie Velocity, Cycle Time und Burndown Charts wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
