What are you going to do 

  • Begleitung und Coaching des Entwicklungsteams bei der Einhaltung und Optimierung der agilen Arbeitsprozesse (aktuell Scrum, Kanban) und bei der Erreichung der Sprintziele
  • Übernahme der Vorbereitung und Moderation von Scrum Events (insb. Retrospektiven)
  • Unterstützung des Teams sich kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Coaching der Product Owner hinsichtlich ihrer agilen Rollen und Aufgaben, z.B. bei Storyschnitt, MVPGedanke, Businessvalue, Priorisierung
  • Proaktives Erkennen und Beseitigen von Hindernissen
  • Vermitteln der agilen Werte und Prinzipien und Förderung des agilen Mindset und einer selbstorganisierten Arbeitsweise
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der agilen Prozesse
  • Dokumentation der agilen Prozesse

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master/Agile Coach in komplexen IT-Projekten
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit großen Teams
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
