What are you going to do

Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktivität zweier agiler Teams durch den Einsatz von Scrum-, Kanban- und weiteren agilen Methoden
Identifikation und aktive Beseitigung teaminterner Hindernisse, Konflikte und Risiken zur Förderung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsflusses
Begleitung, Förderung und Motivation der Teammitglieder in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung innerhalb der DevOps-Strukturen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, dem People Lead und einem weiteren Agile Coach zur Etablierung einer effektiven, zielorientierten und teamübergreifend abgestimmten Arbeitsweise

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Maschinenbau, Technische BWL, Technologiemanagement, Software Engineering, Medieninformatik, IT-Management oder vergleichbarer Studiengang notwendig
Fundierte Berufserfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement erforderlich
Zertifizierung als Agile Coach / Scrum Master oder Product Owner wünschenswert
Methodenwissen in Scrum, Kanban und Moderationstechniken sowie in agilen Frameworks (z. B. SAFe, Nexus, LeSS) von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
