What are you going to do 

  • Konzeptionelle und fachbereichsübergreifende Betreuung des SAP-Systems sowie Unterstützung der Anwender im laufenden Betrieb
  • Verantwortung für die Begleitung und Koordination interner SAP-Projekte und Teilprojekte, zum Beispiel bei Upgrades, Releasewechseln und Migrationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Key-Usern und Prozessexperten zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Abläufe
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Anwenderschulungen zur Stärkung der SAP-Kompetenz in den Fachbereichen
  • Analyse neuer Anforderungen an das SAP-System und Erarbeitung geeigneter Umsetzungskonzepte
  • Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung des Systems entsprechend der fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Testphasen in den Fachbereichen
  • Steuerung und Einbindung externer SAP-Dienstleister, sofern eine externe Umsetzung erforderlich ist

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld sowie einschlägige Projekterfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungsstärke, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse in Projekt- und Netzplanstrukturen, Bedarfsplanung und Controlling
  • Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse in der ABAP-Programmierung
