Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Module SD (Sales & Distribution) und PP (Production Planning) sowie angrenzender Prozesse und Schnittstellen

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen durch Customizing, Spezifikation, Testmanagement und Dokumentation

  • Sicherstellung stabiler End-to-End-Prozesse entlang der Prozessketten Order-to-Cash und Plan-to-Produce

  • Unterstützung bei der Integration angrenzender SAP-Module und Systeme, insbesondere MM, WM/EWM, FI/CO, QM, EDI, Dokumentenmanagement und BI

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zu Kunden, Lieferanten, Portalen und externen Plattformen

  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Second-Level-Support für SAP-Anwendungen

  • Koordination externer Dienstleister, Berater und SAP-Partner

  • Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung von Key Usern und Fachbereichen in deutscher und englischer Sprache

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prozess-, Test-, Customizing- und Anwenderdokumentationen

  • Mitarbeit in SAP-Projekten sowie bei Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsinitiativen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Betreuung der Module SAP SD und/oder SAP PP

  • Erfahrung im SAP-Customizing sowie in der Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeptentwicklung

  • Verhandlungsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2)
