What are you going to do 

Our client, a respected organization in the Oil and Gas sector, is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. Operating within the Oil and Gas sector, our client specializes in premium-grade marble and tile products. They are seeking a results-driven professional who can establish new business partnerships, nurture client relationships, and achieve impressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our premium range of marble and tile products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project sites.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marble and tiles market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide product presentations, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the marble, tiles, or building materials industry
  • Strong client network with contractors, consultants, and project managers in the region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Arabic Nationality - Marble & Tiles experience.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
