We are partnering with a leading multinational manufacturing company to recruit a Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing and growing business opportunities across the Taiwan market.

What are you going to do 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities within the Taiwan market.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.
  • Represent the company during customer meetings, exhibitions, and business visits as required.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining long-term partnerships.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential and proficiency in English
  • Experience managing international customers or export markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and target-oriented.
  • Willing to travel internationally when required.
