What are you going to do 

  • Erfassung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Durchführung der Rechnungsprüfung (z.B. fehlende Bestellnummer) gemäß Umsatzsteuergesetz
  • Sie pflegen die Rechnungsdaten in SAP bzw. S/4Hana ein
  • Sie kommunizieren schriftlich und telefonisch mit den Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse in SAP, wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in SAP S/4Hana
  • Eigenständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
