What are you going to do 

  • Durchführung und Prüfung von Abrechnungen im Bereich Strom und Gas (inkl. Korrekturbearbeitung)
  • Bearbeitung von Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit Lieferantenwechseln und energiewirtschaftlicher Marktkommunikation
  • Plausibilisierung und Prüfung von Zählerständen sowie Bearbeitung von Gerätewechseln
  • Abwicklung von Clearing- und Abstimmprozessen im Rahmen der Marktkommunikation
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen schriftlich und telefonisch
  • Unterstützung im Forderungsmanagement, z. B. Bearbeitung von Zahlungsrückständen, Ratenvereinbarungen und Sperrprozessen
  • Recherche und Klärung von Sonderfällen (z. B. unklare oder leerstehende Entnahmestellen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bürokaufmann/-frau; Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Grundkenntnisse in Energiewirtschaft, insbesondere in den Bereichen Strom und Gas notwendig
  • Erfahrung in Abrechnungsprozessen (insbesondere Standardlastprofil-Abrechnung), Wechselprozessen sowie Forderungsmanagement wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP-ISU notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
