What are you going to do 

This position combines hands-on restoration work with supervisory responsibilities. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality restoration services while leading and supporting a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

  • Perform water, fire, mould, and storm damage restoration works across a range of sites
  • Conduct site assessments, including moisture readings, damage reporting, and scoping of works
  • Develop, implement, and monitor drying plans to ensure effective restoration outcomes
  • Operate, maintain, and manage restorationt equipment (including dehumidifiers, air movers, and drying systems)
  • Lead, mentor, and support restoration technicians on-site, fostering a productive team environment

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in restoration (water, fire, mould, or related fields)
  • Strong understanding of restoration processes, equipment, and industry standards
  • Current driver's licence
  • Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
