What are you going to do

Oversee day-to-day site activities across subdivision projects
Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors
Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
Monitor project schedules and assist with program delivery
Maintain strong safety leadership and compliance with WHS requirements
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Manage plant, materials, and site resources effectively

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction
Strong background in bulk earthworks, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Relevant civil construction qualifications (advantageous)
