What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für die Qualitätsvorausplanung von Projektstart bis Serienfreigabe sowie qualitätsgerechte Übergabe in die Produktion
  • Steuerung des Änderungsmanagements und Bewertung qualitätsrelevanter Auswirkungen
  • Analyse von Qualitäts- und Prozesskennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsplänen nach APQP sowie Durchführung von Risikoanalysen (z. B. FMEA)
  • Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden und aktive Mitwirkung an KVP-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung und Einkauf

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Automotive Engineering, Fahrzeugtechniik, Qualitätsmanagement, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Produktion & Logistik, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische BWL, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in 8D Reports, FMEA, PPAP, VDA 6.3 und APQP von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
