What are you going to do 

  • Bewertung von Qualitätsanforderungen aus Kundenanfragen und ‑verträgen hinsichtlich Machbarkeit, Risiken und Auswirkungen auf Projekte
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen sowie Überwachung der Umsetzung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Ableitung, Umsetzung und Kommunikation von Qualitätsmaßnahmen in Entwicklungs‑ und Projektteams
  • Analyse interner und externer Qualitätsprobleme inklusive Dokumentation, Ursachenanalyse und Maßnahmenverfolgung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbewertungen (Assessments) und Integration von Aktionsplänen in die Organisation
  • Überprüfung und Erstellung von Zeitplänen, Kostenabschätzungen und Kapazitätsplanungen
  • Festlegung von Prioritäten, Definition relevanter Schnittstellen und Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
  • Teilnahme und Bewertung technischer Spezifikationen
  • Moderation, Koordination und Coaching von FMEAs (Design‑ und Prozess‑FMEA)

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Bachelor) in:
    • Ingenieurwesen
    • Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
    • oder einer technischen, vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in Projekt‑ und Prozessmanagement sowie Systems Engineering (ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (inkl. Detailfunktionen)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
