What are you going to do 

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung von Anlagen und Prozessen im Bereich der Endprüfung bzw. Endkontrolle
  • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Anlagenkomponenten in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Durchführung von Abnahmen, Inbetriebnahmen sowie Freigaben von technischen Anlagen
  • Einführung neuer Prozesse und Produkte in bestehende Fertigungsumgebungen
  • Analyse von Anlagenkennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung
  • Optimierung, Standardisierung und Dokumentation von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung technischer Projekte
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen sowie Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen im Produktionsumfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Erfahrung im Fertigungsumfeld/Produktionstechnik erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Production/Lean Management/KVP von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse und Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Analysis) notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
