What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung des Prozess-Ingenieurs im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Vorbereitung von Arbeitsunterlagen, Auswertungen und Prozessdokumentationen.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten in internen Systemen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und Produktionsprozessen.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Business Excellence, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Engineering.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Technischer Hintergrund, idealerweise durch Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung.
  • Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, insbesondere in Arbeits- und Fertigungssteuerung oder Datenaufbereitung und Analyse.
  • Grundverständnis von Fertigungsprozessen und eine analytische Denkweise.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie ERP-, MES- oder Siemens-Anwendungen.
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.
  • Flexibilität, Hands-on-Mentalität und praxisorientiertes Denken.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
