What are you going to do 

  • Projektleitung und Abwicklung von multidisziplinären Rationalisierungsprojekten innerhalb der Fertigung
  • Modernisierung und Beschaffung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen, Prozessen, Materialfluss und Layout
  • Unterstützende Layoutplanung für Umgestaltungsmaßnahmen in der Fertigung
  • Sicherstellung der Vorgaben hinsichtlich Wirtschaftlichkeit, Ausführung, Budget und Terminplan
  • Anwendung von Projekt- und Risikomanagementmethoden sowie Optimierungsansätzen (z. B. Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Mitwirkung an der Technologieentwicklung im Team und Verbesserung der Produktqualität

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Fertigungsoptimierung
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen, Fertigungsprozessen und Rationalisierungsprojekten
  • Methodenkenntnisse in Lean Management und Six Sigma von Vorteil
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
