What are you going to do 

  • Berechnung der Herstellungskosten sowie Analyse und Bewertung von Abweichungen in der Fertigung

  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Reportings im Produktionsumfeld

  • Systemseitige Einführung und Abbildung neuer Produkte in SAP R/3

  • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Szenarioanalysen bei Investitionsprojekten in der Produktion

  • Bearbeitung betriebswirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen im Kontext der Herstellungsprozesse

  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der regelmäßigen Budgetrunden

  • Mitwirkung an internen Kostenreduzierungs- und Effizienzsteigerungsprogrammen

  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Management-Reports


Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium sowie mehrjährige Praxis im Fertigungscontrolling eines produzierenden Unternehmens, vorzugsweise im Serienumfeld der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie

  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP R/3 (Module CO, MM, PP, FI) kombiniert mit technischem Verständnis

  • Erste Erfahrungen oder Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA von Vorteil

  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten, auch im Austausch mit dem Management

  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke

  • Stark ausgeprägte Kunden- und Teamorientierung

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
