  • Volledig beheer van industriële HVAC-projecten van A tot Z
  • Opstellen en bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit
  • Aansturen en coachen van projectteams
  • Coördinatie met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders
  • Opvolgen van technische en financiële voortgang
  • Proactief bijsturen waar nodig

Essential skills and knowledge

  • In het bezit van een Bachelor of Master
  • Minstens 5jaar ervaring als Project Manager binnen industriële HVAC is essentieel
  • Gewoon om projecten zelfstandig te leiden
  • Sterk in organisatie, communicatie en stakeholdermanagement
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer en kostencontrole
  • Leiderschap en het vermogen om teams te motiveren
  • Sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, Engels is een nice to have
