Introduction

Voor een uitdagend project zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren projectleider. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algemene coördinatie en opvolging van renovatie- en fit-outwerken binnen een kantoorgebouw, inclusief de integratie van nieuwe technische installaties.

What are you going to do 

Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werf en bewaakt zowel de planning, kwaliteit als communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen. De focus ligt op een brede, generalistische projectopvolging eerder dan op diepgaande technische expertise.

  • Dagelijkse controle en opvolging van de werfactiviteiten
  • Coördineren en aansturen van aannemers
  • Bewaken van QA/QC-processen
  • Opvolgen van projectplanning en deadlines
  • Rechtstreeks contact onderhouden met de klant
  • Coördinatie van fit-outwerken en renovaties
  • Opvolging van afbraakwerken en integratie van nieuwe technische installaties
  • Basisopvolging van HVAC, ventilatie, elektriciteit en data-installaties

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor Bouwkunde / Constructie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Relevante ervaring in construction management of werfcoördinatie is essentieel
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Generalistische projectaanpak met voldoende technische affiniteit
  • Ervaring met fit-out- en renovatieprojecten is een plus
  • Attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 is een meerwaarde
