Als Senior Projectleider Installatietechniek realiseer je installaties - van klimaatbeheersing tot cv en warmtepompen - op tijd, binnen budget en volgens afspraak. Jij geeft richting, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een sterke samenwerking.

What are you going to do 

Je stuurt projectteams aan, bewaakt de voortgang, schakelt met opdrachtgevers en bent verantwoordelijk voor het complete projectresultaat. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt van begin tot eind en weet van aansturing een samenwerking te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Installatietechnische projecten aansturen (woningbouw/utiliteit)
  • Planning, budget en uitvoeringskwaliteit bewaken
  • Werkvoorbereiding coördineren en monteurs aansturen
  • Veiligheid, regelgeving en klantafspraken borgen
  • Leveranciers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers aansturen
  • Zorgdragen voor correcte oplevering en nazorg

Essential skills and knowledge

Jouw profiel

  • Mbo 4 of hbo in installatietechniek/werktuigbouwkunde
  • Minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende/projectervaring in de installatietechniek
  • Communicatief sterk, organisatorisch scherp
  • Technisch inzicht en focus op klanttevredenheid
  • Ervaring met duurzaamheidstechnieken is een pré
