Als Projectleider Installatietechniek geef jij richting aan technische projecten in de woningbouw, utiliteit of verduurzaming. Jij zorgt dat installaties - van klimaatbeheersing tot cv en warmtepompen - tijdig, veilig en binnen budget worden gerealiseerd. Met jouw leiderschap, technische kennis en organisatietalent houd je overzicht én geef je het team vertrouwen om kwaliteit te leveren.

What are you going to do 

Je stuurt projectteams aan, bewaakt de voortgang, schakelt met opdrachtgevers en bent verantwoordelijk voor het complete projectresultaat. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt van begin tot eind en weet van aansturing een samenwerking te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leidinggeven aan installatietechnische projecten in woningbouw of utiliteit
  • Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, budgetten en uitvoeringskwaliteit
  • Coördineren van de werkvoorbereiding en aansturen van monteurs
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, regelgeving en klantafspraken
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte oplevering en nazorg

Essential skills and knowledge

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde mbo 4 of hbo-opleiding in installatietechniek of werktuigbouwkunde
  • Communicatief sterk en goed in plannen, aansturen en schakelen
  • Technisch inzicht én focus op klanttevredenheid
  • Ervaring met duurzaamheidstechnieken is een pre
