What are you going to do 

Due to continued growth, an experienced Piling Supervisor is required to oversee site operations and lead crews across multiple foundation and ground engineering projects in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise piling crews and subcontractors on-site
  • Coordinate bored piling, CFA piling, cased piling and shoring activities
  • Manage daily site operations, plant utilisation and labour resources
  • Ensure project milestones and programme targets are achieved
  • Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
  • Liaise with engineers, clients and project stakeholders
  • Monitor quality, productivity and compliance requirements
  • Complete site reporting, documentation and progress tracking
  • Troubleshoot construction and ground condition challenges as they arise

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience supervising piling or deep foundation projects
  • Strong understanding of bored piles, CFA piles, retaining structures or shoring systems
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors
  • Sound knowledge of Australian construction and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Current White Card and relevant tickets/licences
