Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Support and arrange travel for COMPANY offshore personnel. Ensure that the best possible service is provided in a timely manner and by obtaining the best possible travel schedule in accordance with mobilization procedures.
  • Obtain visas and book tickets for COMPANY offshore personnel. Distribute required documents to business focal points and contractors
  • Keep track of visa’s and forecast the change of offshore crew to prevent loss of work days for the personnel offshore.
  • Maintain a clear overview of bookings and arrivals for scheduled offshore personal.
  • Ensure successful, coordinated and timely implementation of the initiative.
  • Plan, monitor and improve performance of the mobilization process,
  • Create, optimize and modify process flowcharts if required
  • Improve current system practices
  • Perform statistical and predictive analysis
  • Manage dashboard and prepare reports to Management on a weekly basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • The operational element in the position requires 24/7 mindset.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Education: College or equivalent.
  • Experience: at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Must be able to work flexible hours outside of a usual day shift schedule that may include evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in online task management, database systems, and MS Office programs.
  • Sense of organization and urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Serviceable and voluntary
