What are you going to do 

  • Eigenständige Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents sowie Serviceanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Software Deployments und Updatemanagements
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Einrichtung von Benutzerkonten sowie Verwaltung von Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Enduser-Systemen wie IP-Telefonie, mobilen Endgeräten und Videokonferenzlösungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Microsoft-basierten Anwendungen und IT-Systemen
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden IT-Projekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen IT Infrastructure und IT Business Services
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und Serviceabläufen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im IT-Support, Hardware-Management oder Client Management

  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit Anwendern

  • Führerschein Klasse B

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
