Für einen unserer Großkunden suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur (w/m/d).

What are you going to do 

  • Administration, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Optimierung der modernen IT-Arbeitsplatzumgebung (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, Mobile Devices und Peripherie)
  • Umsetzung von Hardware-, Software- und Lifecycle-Rollouts unter Einsatz moderner Managementlösungen wie Microsoft Intune
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests sowie IMAC/D-Prozessen im First- und Second-Level-Support für den gesamten IT-Infrastrukturbereich
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen, Betriebsanweisungen und Knowledge-Base-Artikel
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen IT-Team zur Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung konzernweiter IT-Services
  • Mitarbeit und Teilprojektleitung in lokalen und globalen IT-Projekten (Cloud, Infrastruktur, Netzwerk, Security, Kommunikationssysteme und Business-Applikationen)


Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Systemadministrator/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und Support moderner Windows-Client- und Serverumgebungen (Windows 11, Windows Server 2019/2022)
  • Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien (VMware vSphere oder Hyper-V)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams und Endpoint Management
  • Erfahrung mit Softwareverteilung, Endpoint Security, Patch Management, PowerShell-Automatisierung und ITIL-basierten Serviceprozessen
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk, WLAN, Druckmanagement sowie Zutritts- und Zeiterfassungssysteme von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Cyber Security, Zero-Trust-Konzepten und Azure-Cloud-Technologien von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
