What are you going to do 

  • Administration, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk
  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der IT-Systeme sowie Bearbeitung von Störungen und Service-Requests im Second-Level-Support
  • Analyse, Fehlerdiagnose und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen mithilfe moderner Diagnosetools
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden IT-Projekten sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Changes innerhalb der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Administration und Konfiguration von Switches sowie weiterer Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Betriebshandbücher und Spezifikationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Netzwerkarchitektur

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Administration von IT-Netzwerken oder IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Kenntnisse im Betrieb und der Überwachung von IT-Services
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk-, Data-Center- oder Workplace-Infrastrukturen
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
