Introduction

  • Prepares and cataloguing Materials in RSPL (Recommended Spare Parts List’s) into SAP database.
  • Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment and Quality policies, regulations and standards.
  • Ensure all activities undertaken comply with anti – trust and competition laws and the Company firewall policies and procedures.

What are you going to do 

  • Provides expertise for assessing spare parts capacity and operating supplies requirements of the project.
  • Assist materials team by liaising with OPCO for the list of materials required.
  • Cataloging and preparing spares material database for uploading to SAP-Materials Modules as part of Spares & Operating Supplies Team (SOST)
  • Inspecting materials received in warehouse to obtain additional/improved descriptions and latest Parts numbers.
  • Review Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for procedural correctness.
  • Research, retrieve the missing or incomplete information to meet Company standards.
  • Review the created item for the improvements of buying texts during procurement process or warehouse inspection stage.
  • Cross checks existing SAP records and inventory for duplication including the use of Spares and SAP search functionalities.
  • Update RSPL and Project Material Master Form with comprehensive Technical Buying Description.
  • Adhere to all Company safety, health, environmental and security procedures, rules and regulation.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
  • Good SAP knowledge and in MM modules.
  • Minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience in materials management, mainly in Oil and Gas industry
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
