Introduction

Lead Commissioning Engineer - Pipeline will be responsible for overseeing Pipelines Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities to ensure EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects of planning and execution of systems completions including pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Ensures Pipelines planning such as systemization, commissioning/pre-commissioning planning, database set-up and coordination with other stakeholder disciplines to develop commissioning activity planning and coordination. Provides clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitates resolution of Pipelines pre-commissioning/commissioning issues to meet project objectives and milestones

What are you going to do 

  • The position is located at RLIC site and is responsible for overseeing Pipelines Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities to ensure EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects of planning and execution of systems completions including pre-commissioning and commissioning activities;
  • Ensures Pipelines planning such as systemization, commissioning/pre-commissioning planning, database set-up and coordination with other stakeholder disciplines to develop commissioning activity planning and coordination;
  • Provides clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitates resolution of Pipelines pre-comm/comm issues to meet project objectives and milestones.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • 10 years’ experience as a Commissioning Lead with a broad knowledge of planning and Pre-commissioning/Commissioning execution experience;
  • Expertise in systemization, completions database, development of Pipelines pre-comm/comm procedures;
  • Strong leadership skills, experience leading multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams in commissioning field execution;
  • Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of Brown-field onshore product Pipelines in Corridors is desirable.
